We provide professional domestic and commercial cleaning services as described on our website. All services are subject to availability and may vary slightly depending on property size and condition.

 2.⁠ ⁠Bookings & Cancellations

• Appointments can be made via phone, email, or our website.

• Cancellations or rescheduling require at least 24 hours’ notice.

• Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations may result in full service charge.

• Clients are responsible for providing safe and legal access to the property.

• If we are unable to gain access at the scheduled time, a call-out charge may apply.

• All prices are provided in advance and are based on the information provided by the client.

• Final pricing may vary if additional time or work is required.

• Payment is due on the day of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• We accept cash, bank transfer, or other agreed-upon payment methods.

 5.⁠ ⁠Customer Satisfaction

• If you’re not satisfied with the service, please notify us within 24 hours of the appointment. We’ll do our best to resolve the issue.

• Refunds or re-cleans are offered at our discretion.

• While we take the utmost care, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, wear and tear, or damage caused by faulty equipment or fixtures.

• We are fully insured for accidental damage caused during cleaning.

• Please ensure pets are secured and children are supervised during our visit to maintain safety for all parties.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if a property poses a health or safety risk to our staff (e.g., hazardous conditions, aggressive behaviour, etc.).
